How to Submit Form 9?

To submit Form 9 during LLP Registration, follow these steps:

• Go to the MCA homepage.
• Log in using valid credentials.
• Navigate to “MCA services” and then select “E-Filing.”
• Choose “LLP Forms Download” from the menu.
• Under the header “Name reservation and LLP incorporation,” find “Form FiLLiP” and access it.
• Complete the application in Form FiLLiP.
• Proceed to Form 9 for "Consent to Act as Designated Partner."
• Fill out Form 9 with the necessary details.
• Submit the webform.
